Conditions of service: Galeon Playa Hotel
LEGAL INFORMATION: Galeon playa has domicile in Avenida del Jablillo S/N , Costa Teguise Zip code: 35508. Las Palmas in case you wish to contact it to make an inquiries related to your reservation or the system you can do it using the Web Wizard section or sending an e-mail: reservas@galeonplaya.com.
A) Contracting procedures.When using the service, after entering your data and those related to the credit card, the reservation will be confirmed through the website itself with your reservation code, appearing a screen with the detailed information of your booking. An e-mail will be sent to the email address provided by the client, confirming the reservation with the detailed information of the booking. The electronic process of contracting will conclude, being understood consequently contracted the service of reservation.
B) Cancellation policy. The cancellation of the reservation can be made from the reservation itself through a cancellation link or by telephone, using the number for information indicated in the web.If any refund proceed according to the general conditions of the service, it will be carried out within a period of approximately 7 days due to the possible administrative process between the different banking entities
Cancellation fee:
a) Cancellation with a minimum of 5 calendar days before the arrival of the client. 0% of the total amount of the reservation
b) Cancellation within less than 2 calendar days before the day of arrival of the client; Billed for 1 night of the reservation.
The invoice corresponding to the amount of the cancellation expenses will be sent to the address given by the customer when registering.
D) Compensation in case of no show.
If the customer does not register at the hotel on the day of his entry, according to his reservation, the hotel may charge to the credit card provided by the customer previously the amount of the first night, as a compensation.
XII:SPECIAL LEGAL CONDITIONS.
They are those specified in each of the products by the service provider itself that will be added to this contract.
XIII: ABOUT THE SYSTEM, ITS TOOLS
The hotel Galeon Playa is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the users nor to the communication supported in the matter.
Likewise, the User undertakes not to obstruct the access of other Users to the access service through the massive consumption of computer resources through which the owner of the Web provides the service, as well as not to perform actions that Damage, interrupt or cause errors in such systems.
The User undertakes not to introduce programs, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls or any other logical device or sequence of characters that cause or are likely to cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of the owner of the Web or third parties.
XIV: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish law.
The parties expressly renounce to the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to resolve any controversy that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.
